- What counts as a held appointment?
- An estimate visit where the homeowner is there. No-shows are never billed. We confirm the list with you each week.
- When am I billed?
- The first month ($497) is billed upfront when you start, then $497 each month. Held appointments are billed at $150 each after you confirm them.
- Who are the emails from?
- From your business, with copy you approve first. Every email carries your postal address and an opt-out.
- Do you buy lists?
- No. We only contact people who already know your business.
- Who is Revive Home for?
- US roofing, remodeling and HVAC contractors with old leads, unsold estimates or past customers.
- What list do you need?
- A CSV export with names, emails and any job notes, from your CRM or a spreadsheet.
- Can you text my customers?
- No. Email only. We do not text without written consent.
- Do you promise results?
- No. We do not guarantee any number of appointments or any revenue.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. The first month is billed upfront.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops future monthly charges.
